I legally bought a scratch card from this shop to find out I had won only 2 and the next day when I went into the shop to claim the prize money to purchase a drink before going off to college, the woman at the till not only refused to believe me and refused to give me my money, she also heavenly insulted my appearance and the way I looked at the time - I was wearing slim fit trackies and a jumper with a coat - I am completely outraged seeing as I purchased the same card not even 24 hours previously. Utterly disappointed
