I HATE having my hair cut and find it hard to find somewhere that understands what my hair needs. I came away from Charles Scott after meeting Barney and the team happy with the new release of life in my hair. I'm quite shy and I was made to feel comfortable and settled while my hair was untangled knot by knot. Thank you so much, I'll be making another appointment.
