Have to wait a week to get seen to
GP has absolutely no people skills, very rude and unhelpful.
Sorry to go against the trend but my experiences here have been nothing short of excellent. A newcomer to the village i can only say my wife and I have received excellent service. I have also found the receptionist's very pleasant and helpful as i have the two doctors and one nurse i have seen.
The worst place I've ever seen. If you need medication you don't get them in time cause the computer system doesn't allow them to! They need more then 2 working days for a prescription and my step mum is sitting here now since two days without her Epilepsy medication . Means if her level is getting low she is in risk of getting a epileptic seizure. People who need medication to keep illnesses under control shouldn't go here. Could be a life risk!!! ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!
Everything Phil Moss has said is exactly identical to my experience. Formal complaints have been met by a dismissive attitude and they could not be less helpful if they tried.Are they on a bonus to get rid of patients?
