Nothing was too much trouble and her responsiveness could not have been better and it looks like my remortgage is going to be completed in a matter of weeks! Wow great service. Rachel is very thorough and makes sure you understand what's going on. She is very diligent and is able to search lots of lenders so can find a good deal which took away so much hassle. We has some odd circumstances that I was worried would mean we couldn't get a mortgage but it didn't phase her at all and she managed to find us a really great deal.
