Had an issue with installing a downstairs toilet and basin. Found Paul Rothwell on google, phoned at around 12.30, 2 very pleasant plumbers turned up an hour or so later, and our new toilet and basin was fitted by the end of the day - a good efficient job - and they didn't eat all my choccy digestives!
